Free Tally TDL for Auto Narration | Predefined template for selection of Narration | Free TDL


Hello Friends,


As we have to enter narration in every transaction for more details for Voucher information it will be good if we can save some narration template in Tally somewhere and later on when we try to pass new transactions we can choose any of those narrations in any transaction.


Here we have a solution for that, By using our customization you can create some of those templates, and same you can select them at the time of entry.


You can download that customized file from the below-provided download link check how to configure this customization in Tally.ERP9

TDL Configuration Steps Details:-

 

  1. Save provided TDL File in your existing Tally.ERP9 Installation Folder.
  2. Open your Tally.ERP9 and Press F12: Configuration key from Gateway of Tally
  3. In Configuration select Product & Features (T)
  4. After that, you got a screen on TDL Configuration with a Yellow Color background Press F4 Key for Local TDLs
  5. After that, you got TDL Configuration screen on Grey Color and Set “Yes” in “Local TDLs on Startups ?”
  6. And set the Path & File Name in the “List of TDLs to reload on Tally Startups” i.e. “C:\Tally.ERP9\TDLFileName.txt” (Filename.txt/tcp)
  7. After Configuration Save that form.

Once you configured you can enable the function from F11 > F1 as per the below screenshot.



Once you Make Enable Predefined Narration? : Yes, you can create the templates for Narrations as per the below screenshot.

Once you set the narration save the form.
Now once you finished creating the templates for Narrations you can select the same at the time of any transaction.
